Open Gym + Open Workout 15.2
Today will be coached open gym with the suggested workout being CrossFit Games Open Workout 15.2. Use this time to work on a weakness, try a new skill or hit a workout you might have missed in the week. The Open workout will be announced tonight at 1am and will have a scaled version for you to try should you need it. If you are unsure what to do ask one of the coaches, were here to help!
